I was looking for a binder not made in China that would stand up to traveling back and forth in my kids' back packs to and from school. Bindertek had all the right colors and sizes and arrived in a flash! After searching for several weeks for binders with finger holes, I hit on Bindertek binders. They have finger holes in the spine, a feature none of the more well-known companies seem to offer except in 5-inch binders. I ordered 10 Bindertek binders in 2 and 3-inch sizes and am very satisfied with them. This is the only place I will buy binders from now on. I do wish they made a version with a clear plastic front over the cover already provided so I could insert a custom cover on the front. Also, a pocket on the inside, opposite the cover, would be useful. Still, these binders are my favorites. Also, the ring mechanism seems sturdy. Time will tell for that, but so far, so good!
