We bought these to give are files a more professional appeal and it did. Plus the rings in the center make it easy to pull out without messing up the rest of the row.

I was disappointed when I received your binders. I thought they would have been a little nicer and the card that is put on the outside of the binder is ok. I should have at least received 4 or 5 extra to print a title on. Or if there is some way to get a sheet like labels to print on. We spent almost $300 for 14 binders and have no way to label them. Unless I am missing something. They just don't look as nice in person as the are online. I feel a little ripped off. I only gave two stars because, I feel your online store photos are deceptive and the order took almost 2 weeks to receive.

Hello Dustin, Thank you very much for your purchase and for taking a moment to share your opinion with us. We do ask for it because it matters to us. I am surprised and sorry to hear that you are not happy with the quality of our Binders. We recently changed to a new manufacturing facility in Europe to offer the very best Binders. If you are not happy with them you of course have a full 30 days to return them to us. We are very proud to have Free Custom Templates for our customers so that you can print professional Spine Labels using the sheets of Spine Labels which we offer. I also apologize that because of the Labor Day Holiday which UPS observes your package took one day longer than it would usually to make it's way across the country. I will be reaching out to you soon to see if there is anything I might be able to do to assist you. Kind Regards, Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service

I ordered the wrong hole punch and had to return it. I received a call from customer service asking if I needed a replacement. I explained my situation and she said let me see what I can do. The next thing I know the correct hole punch was delivered to me and it works like a charm! I would have to say the customer service rep I spoke to went beyond her call of duty to help me get what I needed.

We are a family of two and both of us use the hole punch several times a week. It is sturdy and far better quality than the type sold by office stores. It costs .more but it is worth the price and the time saving when doing a lot of sheets.
