Best option out there...
Delivery was timely... Product looks great and delivered in great condition... Love it to be a bit more affordable, but only option I could find for now in the price range, so I can't complain... Thanks for being there for me!

Greetings Eric, Thank you very much for your order and for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Trust Pilot. We search the world to find the best products and manufacturing partners to offer the highest quality Binders and organizational products for professionals and at home that we can. We believe that being the cheapest is not being the company offering the best ultimate value. Our Binders may cost a little more than some other generic notebooks but they have a Lifetime Warranty on the ring mechanisms and are made with the highest quality design and materials we could conceive. Thank you again for the 5-Stars and for your business! Bindertek Customer Service

Product and Customer Service
I was looking for a a basic minute book for our church board. I almost ordered a business version but a customer service rep pointed me toward the nonprofit product. Shipping was fast and at a reasonable cost. The product is of excellent quality and will serve our needs for years to come.

Not What I Expected
As far as I know, we have still not received out seals. Everyone else offers pre-printed forms to help you organize your corporation. You offer nothing, not even the name of the corporation on the book. We have to print our own stock certificates. I will never use your services again and will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else.
Response from BindertekAug 15, 2016
Good morning John, Thank you very much for your purchase with Bindertek and for reaching out to us about your seals. First of all I apologize that you did not receive the seal yet. I have reached out to the production department to see why you have not received them and will contact you later today with the status. I am sorry for the unusual unexpected delay and we will get your order expedited for you. We do not pre-print the stock certificates or Spine Labels but do offer free custom templates so that you can add the information as needed. This was something that we chose to do because our customers asked for it. It offers a lot more versatility when in a matter of minutes you can change the Spine Label with your own professional custom information. I will make sure to Email you a copy of the free templates today as well. Your kits each included a full sheet of Spine Labels. We do not at this time offer personalization but coming in the Fall of 2016 we are working on something special for our customers who would like and name or corporation added to the cover of our Corporate Kits. I thank you again for your feedback and for your business. Kind Regards, Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service

Bad first one...
Received a damaged file cabinet from Bindertek; that's the bad news. The good news is that a) they sent a new one out right away, b) they didn't wait until the old one arrived back before they sent it out, c) they took half off the price for my trouble. I would definitely use them again.

Hi Brian, Thank you very much for your business and understanding regarding the damaged Cabinet! Kind Regards, Bindertek Customer Service
