Great product and customer service
I ordered several Bindertek binders to house my collection of photos, art, cards and other important mementos. They are much classier and stable looking than the drugstore binders. I put them on my shelves. I ordered several colors. Because they were sold out of a particular color, they contacted me to let me know and give me the option of ordering other colors, which would get to me more quickly. I opted for that option and got my shipment quickly. I appreciate the attention to customer service and detail. I would definitely order from them again.

Binder
The binder we purchased broke in less than a week of using it. The center piece of the binder completely came apart and the papers were no longer held in the binder

Legal Binders
The binders were of good quality but the shipping did take a long time

Greetings, Thank you very much for your order and for taking the time to leave us 4-Stars! We really appreciate it. I am sorry that the Legal Binder you purchased was briefly out of stock when your order was placed. We try very hard to coordinate the manufacturing and delivery of our items from all over the world and we hate back orders as much as our customers do! We will try harder in the future. Kind Regards, Bindertek Customer Service

Disappointed

Not worth the price.
I purchased the One Touch Classic 4" Spine, rated at 625 pages. Unfortunately, the 3 ring mechanism does not stay closed tightly no matter how many pages were enclosed. While accessing the enclosed documents, it is necessary to slide the pages over the connection of the two ring halves. Since the rings did not hold together tightly, navigating to various sections of the enclosed document was quite tedious. In my opinion, the ring mechanism is the heart of the binder and therefore if it does not function properly, the binder becomes less than useless. If you never intend to scroll through the pages of the enclosed document, this would be an adequate binder.

Greetings, Thank you very much for your purchase with Bindertek and for taking a moment to leave us your thoughts on our Trust Pilot page. I am very sorry to hear that your Binder Rings are not lining up properly. We also believe that the rings are the heart of the Binder, so much so that your Binder has an industry unique lifetime warranty on the ring mechanism. Over years of use sometime rings break or become bent and we stand behind them completely. It is unusual for you to receive something out of the box that does not line up. I suspect that it is possible that the Binder may have been crushed in transit to you. I will reach out to you today to arrange replacement and see if there is anything else that I might do to help. Kind Regards, Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service

Binders
The binders are great...they just came MUCH later than expected. I did not get a heads up why they took so late to arrive until I reached out to find out what was taking so long. Binderte could have emailed saying why there was a hold up.

Greetings, Thank you very much for your order placed with Bindertek and for taking a moment to share you thoughts with us on Trust Pilot. I am glad to hear that you are enjoying the Metal Binders you purchased with us! I am sorry for any misunderstanding about the range of time that orders take for delivery. Generally an order is processed the following business day. Yours was placed on a Friday evening (we are on the East Coast) and was processed on Monday morning. Delivery to you in California from us in Massachusetts is usually approximately 5-7 business days. It looks like UPS attempted delivery but they were unable to for some reason and had to re-attempt the next business day. I once again apologize for any misunderstanding - in the future if you ever would like updated information about your order please call us at 1-800-456-3453. We are here and glad to help! Kind Regards, Bindertek Customer Service
