Gave me a net savings on my cable bill of about $12 a month. Great job.
Response from BillsharkJul 22, 2020
$12 really adds up over the course of time! Thanks for reviewing us, Nathanael! We appreciate it.

They never asked me what I wanted from my internet provider. I did not want cable. Yes you did reply but I still have cable connected to my account and the bill is more than before. If anything I would have rather had a boost to my internet speed rather than cable added and the amount increased.

Hi Mark- it looks like our customer service team has attempted to reach out to you regarding this issue multiple times. Unfortunately, we were unable to get in touch with you to resolve your concerns via email or phone. Our quality assurance team did review the negotiation and follow up with your provider who advised us that our negotiated discount did not add TV to your services. You currently only have internet. We would love to be able to speak with you in regards to this. Please give us a call at 800-957-1710 and our team will be more than happy to speak with you further.

Billshark does what it says it will. They will save you money, but with a caveat. Your payment to them will be 30% of those savings. Which isn't necessarily bad. However, they will base some of those savings over a 24 month period. For instance... They saved me $10 a month on my cell phone. I plan on switching companies once our phones were paid off in October. But I was charged $72 for the savings. So it works, just not as well for me.

Hi Reggie- if you plan on switching companies in the future, just reach out to our support team and they will assist you in the process. We guarantee our savings, so if you aren't receiving what was promised, our sharks will make any appropriate adjustments to your account.
