This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with no communication and when you do get ahold of them it’s nothing but delays. Delays with the product and now I’ve been waiting on a refund for a month. Then they want to blame it on Shopify pathetic. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from here you’ll regret it I promise.

going on 2 weeks now, still don't have my refund. filed a complaint with the BBB and now disputing the transaction with my card issuer. guess we'll see if i get a response or resolution. i would advise not doing business with this company. buy direct from suppliers in the EU, their consumer protections are better, they almost always have stock so no delays, and they will overnight via fedex direct to your doorstep. i shouldn't have to file a complaint and dispute the transaction just to get my money back. If you can accept payment immediately, there's no reason it should take 3 weeks just to refund it.

Based on a single experience, I can't give any more than 2 stars because after 6 weeks of waiting and some personal reassurances, they abruptly cancelled my order. Only reason it's not 1 star is because I didn't have to chase them down for a refund.

Due to persistent manufacturing delays beyond our control, we made the difficult decision to stop selling M4 exhausts entirely to prevent this exact issue for future buyers. Placed an order on June 14th, it is now August 9th & I’ve received no exhaust and now they’re telling me it’s gonna take 75 days to process a refund because I disputed the charges before they issued a refund. Stay far away from this place and order from the actual dealer because this is insane. I’ll update this to something better if I get my $400 back but don’t risk it here.

We completely understand why a long wait followed by a delayed refund is unacceptable. To give you complete transparency: ongoing, severe manufacturing delays with M4 exhausts forced us to pull their products from our store entirely so other customers don't face this same delay. That said, we should have managed the timeline much better while your order was active. To clarify what happened: when a credit card dispute or chargeback is filed, the bank automatically takes over the transaction and locks the funds. This system process can take up to 75 days to settle through the merchant processor, which completely prevents us from issuing a direct refund on our end in the meantime.

Ordered a M4 pipe from them seven weeks ago it takes six weeks for production at the M4 plant for them to tell me on the seventh week that they no longer work with M4 so they can’t do any M4 orders. Their website has not been updated. I ordered it and then they told me the last minute that they’re not working with them no more and they cancel my order and now I gotta wait another 10 days to get my money back. Do not order anything from them very poor communication they didn’t even try to see if I wanted to get something else.

Order an exhaust may 27... order canceled on July 23rd. All this after assuring me everything was in order. Sent 2 emails with conflicting info and told ME to call the manufacturer if I want my exhaust...really? Apparently my order was ready a month ago. BILLS SUCKS DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
