Pro: The website was easy to use, checkout was easy, delivery was quick, and the best part was that nothing was damaged during shipping. Con: FedEx can't get their crap in one bucket. They always deliver our stuff to the wrong house, even after sending them specific instructions. Ditch them!

Just want to start by saying a huge thank you to the team at Bills-Exhausts, particularly Samantha for keeping me updated and informed on the whole process, while the experience was painful due to unusually long lead times from Arrow in Italy, (almost two months) everyone went out of their way to answer any and all questions I had and kept me as up to date with the process as they got information. From the initial purchase to the delays and holidays being taken in Italy that caused Arrow to cease production and shipment of exhausts. Everyone is and was very patient with me and my questions and concerns. It feels good to be heard and taken seriously by a company handling your orders. Second point of interest is how bills exhaust handles shipments my god when I tell you they are fast I mean they are FAST once they get the product in their hands. The last update I got was they expected to receive the order on Monday and sure enough they got it to UPS at 9pm that same day so that means they sorted and received entire pallets of product and yeeted those thing in the mail. I was super surprised and impressed with how well they stick to their timelines once they got their hands on it. 10/10 would recommend working with them.

I want to start out there is two parts to this review both good and bad. To begin I want to start out with my review of vandemon which I am Extremely disappointed with. The product itself failed to meet expectations, but what’s even worse is the complete lack of accountability afterward. Instead of standing behind their product or attempting to resolve legitimate concerns, the response was to shift blame onto the customer. Apparently, any issue is somehow your fault, regardless of the circumstances. Customer service felt dismissive, defensive, and more focused on avoiding responsibility than finding a solution. When you spend hard-earned money on a premium product, you expect a company to back what they sell—not immediately look for ways to deny responsibility and point fingers. A company’s true character shows when something goes wrong, and unfortunately Vandemon failed that test completely. If you’re considering buying from them, just understand that if you run into problems, don’t expect accountability or support—expect excuses and blame. But on the other hand I had an outstanding experience with Bill’s Exhaust customer service. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right solution. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was how responsive and customer-focused they were. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly values its customers, but Bill’s Exhaust went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their communication was excellent, and they made me feel like more than just another sale. If you’re looking for a company that stands behind its service and treats customers with respect, I highly recommend Bill’s Exhaust. Excellent experience all around.
