Bill's ExhaustsReviews of bills-exhausts.com

Extremely disappointing experience with Bill’s Exhausts. I ordered an Austin Racing slip-on exhaust for nearly $800 roughly two months ago. At the time I placed the order, the item was advertised with a 4–8 week lead time. After placing my order, that lead time was changed to 8–18 weeks. I contacted customer service about a month after placing the order, hoping they could provide some sort of update or assistance. It took about a week just to receive a response, and when I finally did, I was essentially told that the lead time was 18 weeks. No meaningful explanation, no real assistance, and no effort to make the situation right. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have been unable to get anyone on the phone despite multiple attempts. For an $800 purchase, I expect significantly better communication and customer service. I understand that some exhausts may have production delays, but the way this situation has been handled is unacceptable. If there were more options available for an exhaust for my motorcycle, I would absolutely take my business elsewhere. Nearly $800 spent, weeks of waiting, a significantly extended lead time after ordering, slow responses, and virtually no customer support. I would not recommend Bill’s Exhausts based on my experience.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ordered an exhaust for my 636, the original listing said 3-5 day ship time. I get an email after I ordered stating that exhaust was out of stock and had a 6-8 week lead time. I requested a refund and it has been 2 months with still no refund. This company will absolutely jerk you around and I would 100% go somewhere else.

After charging me an additional $30 in shipping for 2 $5 "in stock" small decals on August 27, as of September 11th, they have still not left Miami. No response at all from Customer Service. The only saving grace, is that I used PayPal, and can file a dispute to get my $ back. Avoid this company.

Please save yourself some time and don’t order from bills. I have been waiting 21 weeks for my Austin racing exhaust that I ordered from bills. Still no update on it. I ordered it April 9th. It’s September 3rd now and I talked to Austin racing and the only exhaust ordered that matches mine was ordered 2 weeks ago. Bills has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and they blocked my number from calling them. Save yourself and order directly from the supplier.

This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with no communication and when you do get ahold of them it’s nothing but delays. Delays with the product and now I’ve been waiting on a refund for a month. Then they want to blame it on Shopify pathetic. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from here you’ll regret it I promise.

going on 2 weeks now, still don't have my refund. filed a complaint with the BBB and now disputing the transaction with my card issuer. guess we'll see if i get a response or resolution. i would advise not doing business with this company. buy direct from suppliers in the EU, their consumer protections are better, they almost always have stock so no delays, and they will overnight via fedex direct to your doorstep. i shouldn't have to file a complaint and dispute the transaction just to get my money back. If you can accept payment immediately, there's no reason it should take 3 weeks just to refund it.

Placed an order on June 14th, it is now August 9th & I’ve received no exhaust and now they’re telling me it’s gonna take 75 days to process a refund because I disputed the charges before they issued a refund. Stay far away from this place and order from the actual dealer because this is insane. I’ll update this to something better if I get my $400 back but don’t risk it here.

Delivery service sucked, took forever to ship. Communication is bad and no one knows wtf is going on at this place.
