Shortly after ordering a $1304.00 graves exhaust system. That included free shipping. A whole day or 2 were wasted by Bill's EX. They emailed me asking if i wanted to pay an extra $50 to have the item drop shipped directly from Graves. Telling me it will take approx 2 weeks to recieve my exhaust. Because they have to ship it from graves to thier office in miami. Then ship it to California where i live. How can it cost more to just drop ship it once from graves? Slow replies from customer service. I won't buy from Bill's again.

Based on a single experience, I can't give any more than 2 stars because after 6 weeks of waiting and some personal reassurances, they abruptly cancelled my order. Only reason it's not 1 star is because I didn't have to chase them down for a refund.

Product was fine, Bill’s Exhausts is not. I ordered a Graves slip-on for my ZX6R and 2 weeks after purchasing received nothing more than label created. Upon inquiring I was told it would ship 2 days later. A day after that I still had no confirmation and the product itself was backordered on Bill’s website (though showed “In stock” when purchased). The lack of communication and inability to do things in a timely manner are absolute deal breakers in current day. Perhaps there was some error but you would expect any competent brand to be able to deal with it and at the very least inform the customer of what is wrong. Thank you.

Showing a pic of a complete cat delete system is deceiving, when they are just selling a header hookup pipe! Show a pic of exactly what your selling, only! This is a deceptive tactic!
