I made my purchase online, but before I did I called direct since I had a few questions. I spoke with Rich the owner and I asked bout some of the freebies that were offered with the Pure X HTX32 cue I was interested in. Well Rich was able to accommodate me with the swap of one of the freebies. To my surprise of receiving my purchase, which was shipped in a timely matter, he threw in a few lil extras! Love the cue is decent customer service is awesome the reason why I’m only give four stars is because the shipment was late and I paid for 3 days shipping the other cue I ordered from the other company came the same time I ordered the same day and is free shipping.
