Bikingbicyclegarage was wonderful to work with! They accomodated my requests and put all the order together quickly. They even called so that we could make sure everything would work perfectly for my order. They even through in some parts for no extra costs. Plus, the product turned out to be in great shape! I'm lucky to have worked with this shop.

This company is where you want to buy from. They helped me out in the worst situation ever. I lived in Lahaina, I lost my prized Specialized SL4 Comp. They shipped it to HI even though they don't ship to HI and AL. When I got the bicycle I had some slight problems with the electric shifting. The tech texted me back immediately got the problem fixed. a few days later one of the wires for the battery was a bit used. So they sent me the wire to replace it. Best service ever !

They made a small mistake and quickly rectified once I contacted them. Count not ask for better customer service.

Fast shipping. Arrived safely. Love it.

I recently bought a used bike off the bikingbicyclegarage website. They answered all my questions quickly and the transaction was smooth from beginning to end. Shipping was easy and well done. The bike was exactly as described.

I received a bike that was damaged in shipment. I had given this merchant a 1 star on previous rating. I have upgraded my opinion to neutral from negative. The merchant agreed to a credit of approximately 50% if the cost to repair the damage. The only reason they gave me this credit was I had posted the first negative review. They agreed to this credit if I agreed to write a new review or correct the early review. I do not know how to modify first review. I have neutral feelings about this merchant

Excellent customer service experience from start to finish.
