I enjoyed my experience with BBG. Luis was quick to respond to inquires. I purchased a bike there for a great price which was then shipped same day. His post purchase assistance was also appreciated. Thank you.

They were great to work with. Answered all my questions. I got bike right away, professionally packed and it was easy to assemble. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bike or bike equipment to contact them.

Great Communication. Bike was perfectly packed and it was in like new condition. Highly Highly Recommended for any bicycle purchase.

East to order and delivery was great.

Very well packed with a hand written note to be careful not to pull Di2 wire.

Immediate shipping was fantastic! Bike arrived in excellent condition and was well packed for safe shipment. Personnel responded immediately by phone to my question. Excellent experience!
