Bike was received in good condition and well packaged. However, I asked to make sure the bike had pedals. However, they were not included.

My bicycle was very well packed and company was very responsive to my follow up questions

I purchased a used bicycle. The information about the bike on the site was incorrect. It had the wrong year (it was 2014, not 2015). I was also unable to get to the specifications after purchase. Otherwise, Luis was helpful, prompt. The bike was delivered when they said it would be. The bike is great.

Fast shipping, good communication, and products. Reasonable prices and very professional. Buy with confidence. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Shipping was fine, setup was easy. Couple of scuff marks on top of the breaks that wasn't noted beforehand.
