My Name is Daniela Ileana, MSW, LCSW. I was assigned to work with Ansh Singh for my Medicare Applications at Bikham Healtcare. I found Mr. Singh to be very knowledgeable, thorough, detail oriented . He had great communication skills and always had the answer to my questions. He was very patient with me as I had so many questions and I kept calling him and he always answered my phone calls. The whole process took about 3 weeks which i found amazing! That response time was a lot faster then anticipated. Initially I was told 30-90 average length of time for approval. I believe her asked for everything he needed for the application right the way and worked diligently at getting it done. I would highly recommend Ansh Singh at Birkam Health care or the firm in general if you want to get credentialed properly and promptly

If Negative 0 was an option that would be my choice. After 6 submissions my Medicare application has been approved. Now I’m waiting on my Medicaid application to be processed. Rachita has no clue as to what she is doing. She’s already made a mistake with the initial submission of my Medicaid application. Every time I call her for an update she never has one and she doesn’t call you back with one even though she promises to. Vikas is no better. How are you even a supervisor and you don’t know what’s happening nor do you hold your staff accountable for their actions. This entire company is fraudulent. Be aware of the false positive reviews because they are indeed fake. No one in this company seems to have a clue as to what they are doing.
