She was prompt and attentive with all my requests and she made the credentialing process as simple and painless as it could possibly be. Throughout healthcare, there are horror stories of all the headaches that come from trying to cut corners and save money by handling credentialing yourself. My experience with this company was unfortunately not good at all. I had to chase them to get updates on the credentialing. There were too many employees involved with each telling me something different. There was little to no education up front on their processes for on boarding. They not only did not communicate with me, but also not with each other. The right hand did not know what the left was doing. They would ask for information from me that had been sent, sometimes multiple times. I think the amount of time it was taking me to get credentialed could have been shortened significantly if the company had more efficient operations. I got so frustrated that I asked for a refund, lost a significant amount of money and gave up my dream. I did, however, get my money back after strongly advocating.

Jelaina was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Credentialing is not easy, she made it much less painful.
