It did not start off well but they quickly corrected it and went above and beyond. Jordon was my case worker and he is the one who corrected it for me.

Bikham has been a source of guidance and support! They are very responsive, knowledgeable and on top of the project making sure it gets completed quickly and efficiently. Updated: it's been over a week that I paid for an additional member and no one has reached out or provided any updates. I did reach out and they promised to have the issues resolved. I feel like they're nice to start so they get your money and then they disappear :(
