As a startup business in home health. We decided to use the credentialing service from Bikham Healthcare per the Google search. The sales person was like the process will be very smooth and once I provide the list of documents they ask for, I will just have to relax and see that the applications to be submitted in timely manner and without any delay from their end. However, I had experienced totally opposite of that. They never move forward on their onw we have to push back and follow up to get the application submitted. Moreover, they didn't even know which application to be submitted first (i.e. IMPACT for Illinois) to get the application from Insurance company approved. As they all need us enrolled to IMPACT portal first before they even get us in their provider list. I wasted my time of 5 months with them and haven't gotten any application approved. Out of 9 application is paid for 3 are still not summited after 5 months. Don't be fooled by the sales personal and give your credentialing application process to this business as I fill like it's a scam. I was on the provisional license for 6 months and since it's already 5 months and no success to get us enrolled in providers network we can't get any client and most likely the state will cancel our license.

They are very professional and did good service for me in short time with better cost. I recommend them for all your credential. Thanks a lot,

Very responsive

One day after firing Bikham my receptionist got me in-network with Anthem!......I finally fired these scammers after 3 months of poor communication and little results. They messed up my Medicare application and failed to get me in network with even one insurance company. I had to prod them into action every week. I don't think they actually know how to do the job. The worst part is I paid up front, so I lit $1800 on fire.

I am again adding to this after reading other people who have one star. After receiving my refund I removed my complaint (per my agreement with x) and replaced it with an updated post. After seeing I still gave them one star I was offered $100 to give them more than one star. When I said I’ll add a star for $250 they declined which prompted this new update. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I am adding to this that after 1 year and two months of no progress getting me credentialed and very little communication let alone helpful communication, they finally reimbursed me. Honestly this felt more like a bribe to remove my post from here and the BBB which I ultimately did while reposting with an addendum. I will note looking at my Credily acct today both Medicare and Medicaid are asking them to resubmit application. I hired Bikham in December of 2023 to credential me with medicare and medicaid. It is now 3/4/2025, over one year later and i am still not credentialed. I have been given the run around. When I called medicaid/medicare to check status last year in May, i was told they were waiting for more info from the company and requested it 3 weeks prior. They are unwilling to give me a refund and upon being reported to The Better Business Bureau, they have not responded to the BBB in an effort to resolve the matter. DO NOT HIRE BIKHAM FOR CFREDENTIALING THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! I’m hiring a lawyer since nothing else has helped resolve this as they are unwilling to take accountability.
