My Gravity eMonster bike arrived as advertised, partly assembled and in undamaged condition. After an hour of assembly, and tightening down every bolt, I went out for a ride. The bike rides great, seems to get almost 40 miles per charge, and is just plain fun. There was a minor issue with the throttle, but Bikes Direct and Bafang are on it. The prices are really good, and e bikes are a blast...you probably need to buy one from Bikes Direct.

Great bang for the buck. I now have five Motobecanes from BD and they have all been awesome purchases. Two mountain bikes (HT and FS), one fat bike, a road bike and a gravel bike. I'm very happy with all of them!

This is my 3rd set of wheels from Bikes Direct. I have also purchased 5 bicycles from them. I am always impressed by the outstanding values they offer on high-quality bikes and name-brand components.

Fantastic experience! Quick delivery. Everything went as advertised. Could not be happier with the bike! I feel like i had an absolute steal. I paid $1100 for a full carbon road bike that would have run me $5000 anywhere else
