Always great bikes... usually made in Taiwan

Easy ordering, no issue at all. Quick delivery and in good condition.

Fantastic value, speedy delivery, easy assembly. Love everything about this bike, incidentally my third bike from BikesDirect, Thank for great riding.

The bike was everything that was advertised. It came 80-90% assembled in just about a week. I got my first ride in today and I am excited for the next one!

Even though the website gives “is this a scam?” vibes, I ordered my now beloved single speed Gravity bike and hoped for the best. Bike shipped within 48 hours, received my tracking number via email, everything arrived intact and well packaged. My one gripe I guess would be that the manual is extremely basic and not actually helpful for assembling. Luckily, the internet exists.

Awesome bike. Fast shipping

2nd time I've bought a bike here, both times have been hassle free and the products arrived as advertised.

Great prices with good components.
