Unfortunately a rather frustrating experience
I am surprised to be Continuously asked for a review since it is more than a year ago that we rented bikes with you at the Central Park Spot. Unfortunately we were quite unhappy with you. The staff at the pickup was very unfriendly, two out of five bikes broke down during our trip, one of them unable to get it back to work. No phone contact Of your company worked to help and tell us what to do since it was later in the day and my husband had to take a cab (not easy to convince the driver to take the bike, too) to get back to Central Park ( extra expenses ). sorry I have no better news for you and maybe you have improved in the meantime since bike riding has become more popular during the past years. All the best to you from a very bike-experienced family from Germany 🙋🏼‍♀️

Hello Doris, Thank you for riding with Bike Rent NYC! We appreciate your feedback here as it helps us to discover areas which we need to improve upon. We work hard to train our staff on how to provide great customer service. Clearly, this was not what you experienced in our store and we do apologize for that as it is not who we are as a company. We hope to see you again to show you the high level of service that we are capable of offering. Kind regards, Bike Rent NYC
