Terrible experience, not friendly staff and horrible bike not safe at all This service should be closed!

Scam! They charged me twice because off a payment failure. They told me that they refund my money in two business days, still waiting 3 weeks later now and they don't answering my calls or emails...

Broken bike, no refunds, horrible.

Hi,Tues.Aug16th,3 of Us went on a CENTRAL PARK Tour,With (Aaron)He is ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! He is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of the Park and of NYC. I am from NYC.So We had a Little TRIVIA Competition Going On During the Bike Tour!🤣🤪He is from CONN.But He Knows his NYC History,WELL! Hugh mistake!! Broken bike!! Had to walk for 3 hours in the sun! The manager argued and blamed us without listening.. Ofcourse no refund!

I hired 5 bikes for my family. We walked up to the trail to find that my daughters bike had no working chain…I walked back and changed her bike. We then set off and found that my wife’s bike was skipping the gears. We decided we didn’t want to take the risk of a further problem so took the bikes back. We spoke to the local guy but some manager in the office refused to give a refund. Frankly this business doesn’t care about its customers so watch out!

Excellent service! Thorough and efficient! Bought a new Bike from them and had it shipped to New Orleans. Less than a week later I have my bike!!
