BikeBerry.comReviews of bikeberry.com

I REALLY wanted the 10 spoke mag wheel set for my Switz Cruz stage 4 engine kit bike. I called BikeBerry and heard about how fast the chat option on the website was, hung up and went straight to the website. Within seconds I was chatting with Freddie. He told me that only the front mag wheel was compatible with my bike. At that point, the mag wheels were a no-go for me. I then told Freddie that I was looking for a duel lever brake setup. Not only did he give me the parts that I would need, but attached a video for the setup suggestion that he knew I would like! He was SPOT ON POINT for my needs! Thanx Freddie, you saved me a mountain of headaches and you saved the day! BikeBerry rocks! ✌🏾

Freddie was understanding and quick to fix my issue. Easy going and professional

I continually have shipping problems caused by the USPS on my end. Freddie was amazing unraveling the federal bureaucracy caused by the post office in our small rural town. Great job Freddie!

Answered my question right away.

Speedy delivery, and great service with Earl, a top rate CSR. Thanks again.

Alvin knew exactly what I was asking and he was able to answer my inquiries right away

I've never done a review before so I hope this one's good enough for everyone I had an issue with a part that I bought for my motorized bike my my bike had three rings on it for the piston rings and they sent me a piston with only two rings but just like that when I called customer service they were able to find out and let me know that it had been redesigned that the other ones were no good so I was very thankful for their findings but doing anything they should pay for my first distance since it was should have been recalled????

Earl was helpful, although I would have liked more than an approximate shipping date he passed along the information available to him. His response time was quick and I do appreciate that
