I’ve been using BigWords for my whole academic career and it has saved me hundreds of dollars. This semester my textbooks were coming out to be almost $600 (not including the $500 for the two textbooks I already had). I’ll be spending $200 because of BigWords, so thanks for that. Y’all are the real MVPs.

Overall good, but I had a problem with one of the stores. They had trouble processing my order or something and it ended up cancelling them. I ended up ordering them from another website.

I got great deals on all my books but BigWords redirected one rental textbook to a site called Booksrun, and I just clicked through and ordered like I usually do. However, I ended up ordering a book rental that was due back in mid August, and I ordered the book in late July! I guess it's my fault that I didn't check the due back date, but why would I ever rent a school textbook for one month? And I feel like BigWords shouldn't have redirected me to a site that automatically rented a book for a month, when all of the other sites Bigwords has redirected me to in the past have rented me books for exactly one semester.

Those guys are really on the ball. i'll bet if you email them, they will upgrade your rental to a semester, and even with the new pricing it will either be cheapest, or within a couple of bucks. Thank you for the feedback. I'm checking their API to see why this book was recommended, because you're right, we normally show semester rentals by default. -jeff

Need better quality features. I don't want books with missing pages.

Hi Saunandrea, You can click "ignore this copy" next to any offer we show you and the Uber-Bot will automatically select the next cheapest book and show it to you. Jeff
