Awesome concept and it would be a five star rated app if the app didn’t crash every time I tried to use it and also if customer support could have responded to my email and contacted me to fix the problem would have before receiving an email to give a review...

The best thing that ever happened to me in my schooling career.

Unfortunately the prices were inaccurate, rentals were not available, and none included shipping so all were inaccurate. Disapppointing.

My book bag kept emptying when I tried to add multiple books. I ended up having to get information individually for each book. And, even then, sometime the book would mysteriously disappear. It was incredibly frustrating, taking many hours to complete the task I was engaged in. I tried to trouble shoot based on information from the website confirming that cookies were turned on, I used three different web browsers - but nothing fixed the problem.

Lkoehly, There was a temporary database problem which was resolved shortly after our system alerts notified our engineers of the problem. Feel free to try the service again. If there are problems, please use the customer support contact link to send us a message. I hope you will consider changing your rating based on our fast response. Public ratings make a huge difference to our business. Kind Regards, Jeff from BIGWORDS.

Big Words has been a tremendous help for me throughout my educational career over the past 3 years. I have come to find out they are cheapest around. Thank you!

Hey Casi, We are so happy you're happy! If you've never been let down, perhaps you could consider giving us more than 2 stars? Perhaps 5 starts LOL?

Not good for selling.

Bad enough their inventory incorrectly says they have the book I need in stock, when they make it all but impossible to cancel a "pending order" that crosses a line. Never again.

Steve, we're very sorry to hear of your negative experience. Please note that BIGWORDS does not sell anything, we compare prices between multiple textbook websites (who are responsible for the sale and shipment of your item.) Again, we're sorry to hear you had trouble with a particular book listed on our site. We show all comments and we try to strip out bad copies, but even the Uberbot has its limitations sometimes. :(
