I like the way that it compares prices, buy-back options, etc.

For my summer class at the JC BIGWORDS.com found me the cheapest price for my on-line math class, now if it would just arrive (from Barnes and Noble) I could start working on my material. Funny thing is that I just completed a college visit and the tour guide mentioned that at their school Coastal Carolina University, their book store matches Amazon for prices but is switching to Barnes and Noble - I guess they are the cheapest now.

BIGWORD is my "go to" when I want to purchase a book!

Unfortunately the prices were inaccurate, rentals were not available, and none included shipping so all were inaccurate. Disapppointing.

Bigwords has saved me so much money! I love finding great deals for textbooks and they do all of the heavy lifting. The whole process could be more efficient and user-friendly. First of all, it would be nice if you could create multiple bookbags for different groups of books (like a group to buy and a group to rent, or a group I'm still thinking about and want ot come back to later). There also needs to be an option to put multiple ISBN numbers in and it adds all of them to your bookbag at once instead of having to individually add each one. Also I wish there was an algorithm that took into account shipping times. Because since I typically order books from a variety of websites it would be nice to have the option to exclude options that would potentially take longer. (ex: I ordered 12 textbooks 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on the last 2 to come in and that is frustrating since I start school next week and if I knew it was going to take this long I would have ordered different copies). In general, I love this website I just think it takes a large learning curve to figure out how to use all its features.
