Ken was open with us from the beginning on the process. He kept in contact with us during it all and the notary even came to us. First time selling a home and glad we chose Big State. We tried using someone else first and wasted three months just to get told day before closing they had to lower their bid by 45k. It was nice not being lied to.

Big State made selling my home so easy. There was no hassle, and no pressure. I was offered a very fair price and the process was a breeze from the initial interview thru to the closing.

We were able to negotiate a price right away and were under contact the same day. Big State understands the home buying business and employs smart professionals who know the business. They answered questions, explained details and indulged more questions. You can do business with confidence when sellnig a home with Big State.

Big thanks to Stephanie, Ryan, and Justin at Big State Home Buyers! I’m so grateful to this company for assisting us with selling our home. We had never sold property before and they made the process stress free and they were 100 percent able to handle our complicated and unique situation. They were very accommodating and even assisted us with a financial advance to get the house ready to move out. They are the best in the business and you will not regret giving them a chance! Thanks again for handling our situation with care, in our time of need.

First conversation with Big State rep was professional, smart and the sale of the home was negotiated and competed in less than 5 minutes. Big State was accommodating and offered solutions to expedite sale of the home. They went above and beyond with assistance. Overall, I worked with various departments as we finalized the sale and was completely satisfied with the experience and recommend Big State to a home seller.

I worked with Ryan Haney to broker a sale of my deceased parents' home, and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was patient during challenging moments, transparent at all times, and efficient when it came to turning tasks around. If I had another home to sell, I would certainly work with Ryan and Big State Home Buyers again!
