I have to say this was one of the easiest and stress free ways I was able to sell my home. I had called the office for some information and I had their agent at my home the next day and he provided an offer and set up two inspections on the same day and he took care of every detail and kept me in the loop at all times and the closing was set for the day I picked and funded the same day. I honestly kept telling myself that this was too easy, but in fact it spot on perfect with no issues and I couldn’t have been any happier with the outcome. For the fact of bypassing a realtor, all the showings and hassles that arise during a sale and closing and all the costs that are factored in, I honestly came out ahead with the profit and not having the stress was priceless.
