Pleasant Experience with Big State
I sold my house to Big State because they made the best offer and had a good reputation. I considered the option of hiring a contractor to re-model the house and then listing it for sale, but I did not want the months long hassle. I had two reasonable offers from house buyers and decided that Big State offered the best deal. Working with them was a pleasant experience.

Overall experience was excellent.
Overall experience was excellent. Doug was great, stayed true to his word and communicated very effectively. After speaking with a few investors i felt that Doug and his team were the buyers to go with. Thank you Big State Home Buyers for a smooth transaction and fantastic experience! Would do it again.

A great company
The day that I called big state home buyers I knew I was in great hands! Doug came out a couple of days later and I signed the contract! I was very pleased with what I was offered and Doug was very professional and informative! I had a great team taking care of me! Thank you Doug Lauren Sonia for everything y'all did! Every time I had a question I was met with an answer! I will definitely be recommending big state home buyers to anyone who needs to sell their home in the future!

I contacted BigState and immediately the next morning I was signing my contract. Of course after we went over everything. BigState Makes you feel like you’re family.
