Did not seem to work with us on del …
Did not seem to work with us on delivery date and time so we had to rearrange a dr's appt. delivery was made but wrong bed frame was sent so we drove back to the store to get frame.

I know that the 4 hour window can be difficult to work around but we cant determine how long our drivers will be at each stop..
