Big Sandy SuperstoreReviews of bigsandysuperstore.com

Bought a new bedroom suit and mattress with adjustable base. The bedding salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful in selecting the best bedding and accessories. The furniture rep was helpful in explaining where we could save with incentives and went out of his way to work with us to get a second nightstand in place of the free tv offer. Overall a great experience. Will definitely recommend others.

Got a fantastic deal on a 3D TV and a soundbar from Big Sandy Superstore during Black Friday. Even during the holiday rush, they called me to let me know that a sound bar was out of stock and upgraded me to a higher model, free of charge. It did take about 2 weeks for me to get my TV, but it came as promised within a 4 hour window provided by Fedex Freight. The delivery man even helped to get the giant 60" TV into my house. Awesome service!

I had no problem with the salesperson. But when they brought our washer and dryer and pedestals one pedestal would not stay shut in stead of bringing us a new one we had to wait over 3 weeks for a repair man to come and fix ours. And the washer had a scratch on the crome around the door and the one side has a really bad paint job. I sent a email about it but never got a answer from anyone this was not a cheep set top of line Electrolux

Thank you for the prompt delivery! The delivery guys were friendly and helpful and did a good job !

My experience was terrible. I ordered a very expensive appliance bundle, paid for it and they didn't have it. It was terrible. Then they promised a $100.00 gift certificate which I never received. They lied throughout saying one of my appliances was damaged in shipping. Told me some of appliances not available. I called the manufacturer myself and they could get them in 24 hours. I hate Big Sandy for all I went through getting what I already paid for. They lie . We were under construction and had deadlines. You cannot rely on them. Anything to make a buck I

I have furnished my whole house over the years at Big Sandy, and this is the first time I have had a problem! I purchased a dining room table and it was delivered with some slate pieces missing. It took them 2 weeks to come and check it out, and now it has been 3 more weeks without a call to let me know what is going on. I finally called them and they said they were waiting to hear from the manufacturer. (Someone some where has dropped the ball). I think they should have called me to let me know what is going on, instead of me having to call me!

The installation person did a fantastic job and took pride in his work.

We made this purchase while visiting in WV, they shipped to our door in MI within 2 weeks, just in time for the holidays. Old Dominion called and set up delivery time that worked with our schedule. A great experience.
