The customer service agent was great to work with and she worked with us with the pricing. The machine was great to work and we found many uses for it thru out the day. It arrived earlier then expected which was great and the pickup was nice a smooth no problems.

Bigrentz is the best way to go
Would definitely rent again from BigRentz. Their staff answred all my questions. Delivery of articulated boom lift came right on time. No issues at all with the machine. Lost the key and they were able to tell me exactly where i can go to get a replacement key. Very knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with them again on my next project
