Adrian and team always take great care of me. I was in the other day and I thought I had two issues with my TEP sensors. Adrian came out and told me only one sensor was broken. They always do great work and awesome turnaround. Very happy to have these guys in my back yard. Thank you! Avon, CO store

I was new in town alway used Big O in state I moved from so when I was out driving and just happened to see Big O, my day was made. I’ve had to use them twice once for fee tire repair and 2nd time tire had to be replaced. They are very professional! Everyone at this shop from the manager down very kind and professional

I drove in to get only an oil change today. I was greeted right away with a smile and service. Not only did I receive exceptional customer service. Dave had a keen eye a vacuum plug was unplugged from my engine He was very knowledgeable and patient,as I asked him many questions he answerd them all . He went way beyond the oil change I came for and tested each fuse to ensure they were good, checked and filled my tires and he even replaced a broken piece to reattach my Rust proof device ,at No cost to me. He is very kind and professional. Dave made my experience pleasant and interactive. Dave you are an asset to the company Big O Tires will absolutely be my place to go for honest exceptional customer service I would highly recommend Big O Tirea to colleagues and especially ladies to come and experience true service Falysha
