If I could give half a star I would. Went in and purchased a sectional, they advised us they use an outside company for all deliveries. They lacked communicate, professionalism and when quoted a price on the phone they arrived and increased the delivery charge by 80 bucks. They scrached up our floors and were extremely rude. Never again

Big lots sucks!!! I'm so tired of buying stuff that takes 6 hours to put together or breaks within a few months. Take pride in your company and buy from the USA. I have bought over and over and don't know why. Everything sucks!!!!

So I bought online a twin mattress set for my son it says it was in stock so I bought it even said pick the date and all ur information I paid not even 10 minutes get a email saying it’s cancel they don’t have it in stock I’m like what just happen it said they did have them both in stock so they basically took my money and 10 minutes later telling me both items I just purchased were out of stock? First of all It should of said that online in the first place why take my money? I had similar experience with Macy’s the only difference Macy’s never took my money they said sorry we don’t have them items but never took my money like big lots now I have to wait days for my refund and it’s close to a week and still my money is not back in my account keeps saying pending only. I honestly don’t recommend anyone shopping online at all. They shouldn’t had taken my money when something it’s out of stock now I’m still waiting for my money back cause is close to a week and still nothing thinking calling my bank taking forever at this point never again. I’m honestly scare that they did fraud or something regardless I’ll be reporting this to my bank, As a Influenster I will be posting about my experience online too that’s my job.

I bought a couch 8 months ago and within that time the cheaply made middle wood support snapped when I sat down normally. I had kept the receipt so I called and explained it broke and asked what the options were. I was jumbled around to different people at different stores. First I was seeing if I could get a replacement but they no longer sell this couch. Then they said they had the replacement piece and it would cost $75 and I would have the rest of the purchase refunded. I asked how it would be refunded and got a mixture of answers. One person, Greg (assistant manager), who continuously interrupted me when I was trying to clarify things had at first said it would go back on the cards I had originally used. The next time I spoke with this gentleman was to see if I could simply get the refund without the replacement because I would rather just fix it myself. He then told me the store had taken 7 hits already with people having the same issue of bad furniture and that doing a refund would affect bonuses and paychecks so he said we would have to go back to the original store. I finally went back to the original store and found out that even though this couch support had knots all throughout it and broke within a year I could only return it and get store credit. This place is nowhere near ideal for furniture. It's all stapled together and the wood used looks like scrap wood where that tried gluing the knots in it. Please do not waste your money like I did.

I was given excellent customer service from Greg at the Austell Road Big Lots. He will always be my go to guy from here on out. I was told I could get money off if I my sale and sure enough he went on line to my account and showed my how to pull it up and redeem my coupon. He is the best way to go all the way out. ABOVE AND BEYOND service. PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!!!!

I am a big fan of Big lot but since I moved to Melbourne Florida I’m so disappointed about the local store not appealing at all the furniture is set to the side wall like it is the Salvation Army store ! I have bought a lot visiting brother in Deltona but this location here I don know about it ! I asked one of the employee for a patio access table and it seems like I was in her way of changing the weekly sales ad! She concluded easily saying you need to shop on line ! Even with my new location rebate of 25% off I did not feel like spending! Good luck with this location in the middle Of nowhere !

My wife and I was shopping at big lots Boise the manager came up and asked if we needed any help I said no I went on about my business turned around and he was taking pictures of me and my wife in the store not cool

Ordered a sectional with "same day delivery," that was actually scheduled two days later. Delivery date came and went with no contact from the delivery service - PICKUP Now. Multiple phones calls, delivery dates, and cancellations later, finally gave up and requested to cancel the order. Website/Corporate said we had to call the local store to cancel, but manager at store said she is unable to cancel online orders. Over a week later, still no furniture, still have no idea how to cancel the order or what to do. Absolutely horrible experience; will probably never deal with them again.
