Easy to locate, purchase and download tax software

When trying to download TurboTax my malware software warned me that the site might be malicious. I wasn't comfortable overriding the warning. After exchanging several emails they gave me a refund. This was taken care of very quickly.

Good price for Turbo Tax - didn't realize this was a PayPal account until I saw the charge on my card.

Just ordered TurboTax, but the key I received does not work. Phone is busy for support, and I have sent an email to support, but no response yet. I will give it a day or 2. **** Update one day later. Gentleman worked with me thru Phone text and got my new TurboTax to work with a new license key. :)

You resolved our issues quickly and I appreciate that. I would only suggest that you modify your online buying process as it kept saying that the data I provided was failing.
