Speed of delivery! A few minutes after purchase, I had downloaded the TurboTax software and activated it. Great website, and very good phone support ... but after my first purchase, I no longer needed any tech support.

I was initially apprehensive because of the price and wasn't sure if I would get assistance when needed; however, someone did respond and was very patient while guiding me with every step. I appreciate the time and help and will buy the product again.
