Big Home TaxReviews of bighometax.com

No issues with the purchase, download, and installation. They were $35 cheaper than any other store. Only concern was that the transaction is flagged as an international purchase.

This is my third year using Turbotax from Big Home Tax. It's easy to purchase, download, and install at the lowest price in town. It's truly a no-brainer.

Product as advertised.

Best price, immediate deliverh.

Easy peasy. Website very simple and straightforward. Thank you so much.

Price was 20 dollars lower than Amazon with a coupon code. Email didn’t come with a download so I downloaded it from Big Home Tax website, you have to log into your intuit account or create one, then you can download ok. Big Home Tax sent me another email that had the download link in it, but TurboTax was installed already, by the time I received email.

I had a lot of problems trying to getting the software to update. I contacted Big HOme and they worked a long time with me to get it to work. After Big Home tried many different things, they informed me that it was my computer. I got another computer and itstalled the software and it worked without a problem. I appreciate all of the patience that Big HOme had with me.

Now that 2024 Turbo Tax does NOT offer Fed Income Tax by CD, the only option is download .exe file. Usually on Black Friday I get my Turbo Tax on Amazon because of the cheap price. This Black Friday Week Amazon still had the cheapest price until I came across Big Home Tax. Their price was the cheapest of all download retailers and I also received a military discount. Once I received the email confirmation code, I followed their down load instructions and with in 10 mins my 2024 Turbo Tax file was imported from last year and ready for this year's data input. Hopefully next year's tax purchase will be as simple and less expensive experience too!
