I have had the same experience as many other users. I bought the 2022 TurboTax program 12/2022. It worked until 4/5/23 when I was asked to re-enter the activation code. You get code 603 or that the code has been activated on more than 5 devices. I reached out via email and have received no response. Don't let this person steal $55 from you too, buyer beware!

Bought Turbotax 2022 at great discount. Worked at first install, but the moment I downloaded updates (Turbotax updates multiple times a week during tax season) the code stopped working. BigHomeTax provided zero support - emails to them likely go nowhere, and their phone number is a "google phone" service that likely never has a real person on it. Stay clear!

I tried to use the software on another pc and got the message of an invalid code. Turbotax confirmed that the code had already been used up. They also told me that Bighometax was not an authorized reseller.

I am not sure if the company I purchased my HR Block was really from bighometax.com The person's email is a gmail mail address. He is the fraud. This person sold my license code to another person. I am going to see if I can reach out to the company and not this person's email. This company is in England so there is a time difference.

In November 2022, I bought TurboTax Premier 2022 [Download] Order #391634 and It successfully installed, but I didn't finish my taxes until March 2023. That worked OK, too. Then, using the installation file (which I had saved), I tried to install it on a second computer and got a "license code not valid" error message. The software is supposed to be valid for five computers. So I checked the my order status and got this response: "Sorry, the order could not be found. Please contact us if you are having difficulty finding your order details." Next, I tried the original download link, which "Never" expires, and got "Invalid download link. Go to shop." I'm glad I saved the installation file or wouldn't have found out about the invalid license key. Then I went to their shopping page and TurboTax is missing. I filled out a contact form and also emailed their product support. Never got a reply or acknowledgement to either inquiry. Two thumbs down.

The HR Block Deluxe Federal + State software DID work, but I was unable to upload my completed returns via eFile because the activation code had been used 5 times before (NOT BY ME!). I ended up paying almost $30 to HR Block to complete the upload. I have filed a report with my credit card company. I should add that I easily downloaded HR Block updates and could have just paper-filed my returns via snail-mail.

I purchased and downloaded Turbo Tax software on 11/24/22 and held onto it until recently when I had all documents necessary to complete my return. The Key provided by the Order #392742 confirmation does not work. Several attempts via phone and email have drawn no response. Beware, this appears to be a completely bogus company.

Sent wrong code, no customer support via email even after repeated requests, no one answers phone either at UK number or US number. Don't purchase any product from them.
