No license key received and awaiting their response to my email! If they don’t respond I’ll dispute! Last year’s experience was much better. *FYI...Just received License key & several follow up emails. Was temporarily out of stock. All good!!

They sold me a 1 year subscription to QuickBook 2024 but refused give up ownership. They gave me license and product number so I could download it. That went fine, but then they listed themselves as owner and primary contact with Intuit instead of transferring ownership over the subscription over to my company.

Software code I was sold didn't work because it had already been redeemed. Was also only for Mac when it was supposed to be for PC and Mac.

I was looking to buy a copy of Turbotax Business 2022. Amazon had a lower price for DVD than Download. I tried Google, Bighometax.com came up as the least expensive ($99.99 vs 179.99). I placed an order and was able to download the software. However, I received no order confirmation, no activation code, and the text number, and the email did not connect. At this writing (2 days later), I have no activation code, no order confirmation only a $99.99 charge on AMEX, which I have already disputed.

Oh, how I wish I had access to all of these bad reviews before I bought TurboTax from this online "company." It is clear that whoever is behind "Big Home Tax" is just buying downloaded files from a different retailer and then selling them over and over (up to 5 times) with the same activation codes to other people, hoping that they install them on only one machine. That way, he can turn a $60 investment into almost $200, as long as people don't figure out what he's doing. Well, it's all come home to roost, and we've all been scammed. My software won't activate, and it never will again unless I pay for it all over again. Buyer Beware! Stick with reputable retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, etc!

Obviously a ripoff. I could not download the program and could not reach the website. My anti-virus program said the site is run by hackers. They have not responded to emails.

I won't echo in gory detail -- but suffice it to say add me to the list of suckers who bought from these crooks. But their web site is now completely defunct. Edit: Now this fraud is trying to get my review taken down by asking Trustpilot to verify info hoping I won't bother to respond. But order number provided. They tried to contest my dispute with the credit card company too and lost. Their site has been offline for awhile and emails bounced -- but now it seems they're back at it. Be wary folks -- they are not authorized resellers by Intuit, and their licenses will eventually stop working.
