Big Home TaxReviews of bighometax.com

I was dumped into BIG Home Tax, when I was purchasing my Turbo tax program and exposing my personal data - I don't like that - I want my data secure and restricting who has that data is the best way for me to protects my data. I don't want to be part of this web site!!

Got an email confirming my order on October 27, but got nothing that says it even shipped, nor have I received the product. I ordered a Flipper Zero and paid $119.99 and got nothing.

Got the TurboTax 2023 and the install application says you must be Windows 64 bit operating system. This is not true. All blogs and turbox tax searches show it can run on a 32 bit operating system. I won't buy from them and am disputing the charge. They claim how can they know I won't reuse the license with someone else. Heck, that's always the case when they send out a license. I'll dispute on my credit card and pay pal which it went through.

The product worked fine, but it appears they are selling the same key to multiple people. In TY2022, when I went to file my 2nd return (H&R Premium small Business) it said there were no free federal returns left on the key. There were supposed to be five total. As this was April, their web presence has disappeared, so there was no one to complain to. Surprised they are back with the same URL.

This site has all the makings of a scam. I was promise a refund. The refund never came and later they denied making the promise. I have the promise of a refund in a text message and will use it when/if appropriate. Communications is limited and they will never speak on the phone, another reason to believe this is a scam. Attempted several times to leave a negative review on their website, only to find they were all deleted. It appears the positive reviews on their website are all "planted" and not made by real customers. I have/will take other measures to resolve this matter, will see how it all plays out.

I continue to be very disappointed with Bighometax.com because I ordered the download of TurboTax 2023. It was immediately sent as a download to me, but when I tried to open the file I received a reply that my computer did not have 64 bit capability needed to open it. I emailed the company to ask if I could return the download and instead purchase from them the DVD version of the program. I requested an answer and no reply. I call the phone number 20 times and you can’t get through due to it responds with a User Busy reply. I am frustrated and want reasonable help and am getting none! 😩

Purchased this morning and License is not valid!! I will give them a few hours to send a valid license or I will dispute my charge
