I paid for HR block tax software yesterday, still waiting for download link, or email, text or phone response to my complaints. I am canceling my purchase.

Made a mistake and purchased wrong product. Notified them before they even sent a confirmation. They said sorry your mistake and would not even help me get the correct product. Very poor customer service and no help at all. Buyer Beware

Purchase download and installed and even upgraded from Intuit. Everything was fine until I had to purchase a additional state and pay for a efile, could not do it, kept getting a software error. Call Intuit and they said license was canceled and it was not legitimate.

I could not import my 2022 TurboTax data. I worked with Big Home Tax for 3 days - they could not resolve the problem and so far have not issued me a refund that I requested multiple times.

What I bought from them does not work. I spent way too long with their support desk trying to make it work and they could not help me. This support is ONLY via messaging. You cannot talk to anyone. Avoid this vendor. I installed the software and it is activated. However, I needed to add a second state and cannot. The version I bought from Amazon worked perfectly.

Shouldn't have been billed.

The purchase of Intuit Turbo Tax was purchased and sent with an invalid activation code and I have asked for a refund. It was stated the refund would be 2-3 days and it has been over a week and no sign of a refund. I have emailed numerous times but they are not responding back
