I purchased HR Block fed and statesoftware with fed e-file. I prepared my return, then waited until April 13th to submit, went to transmit my return and recieved a message that my filing eligiblity had expired. I attempted to used live chat with HR Block to resolve and was number 65 in que.Ended up printing and mailing my return at the post office for $12

No product support. The download infected my existing file and I was unable to connect with Home Tax. In the end I was forced to file my Fed return paying additional $40.00 fee out of pocked. When purchasing downloaded software never go to third party source such as HOME TAX.

The software & key code I purchased never worked. Key code was invalid. I worked with Intuit for hours to learn that. I reached out to Big Home Tax many times & could never get anyone - no answer to calls, no way to leave a voice message, no response via text or email, no response to inquiries made through their webform. When I got help from my credit card company BHT fought back, hard. They are NOT legit. Just a TOTAL SCAM! Do NOT trust them.

Couldn’t efile. After lengthy call with TT, found out this key had previously been used. Of course, no customer service, so cancelled via credit card and purchased again thru Amazon (albeit at a higher price) and no problems. I also would add that I reached out to bighome tax on feb 21 requesting/demanding a refund and no response or follow up occurred (it is now April 10th). Interesting that after I posted this review, within 24 hours, they wanted trust pilot to get further information from me like an order number. If only they had been that responsive to my follow up, perhaps this review would not be 1 star.

Free Federal e-filing for H&R Block does not work. I receive a message : " The activation code you entered for free federal e-filing has reached it's limit". Used activation code?.. Tried contacting them and no response so far. Will update this review if this gets resolved

Purchased H&R Block software, it will not allow ANY of the 5 free federal e-filings, says the activation code has reached its limit (I've not even filed one). Contacted via email and SMS, no response. Then I read the reviews here. I'll have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Never again.
