The provided code did not work. Big Home Tax did not respond to messages and they don't accept phone calls. Spent hours with TurboTax on the phone to no avail. I wasted my money!

Sent activation code that would not activate the software. I refuse to pay.

This company will scam you. Sends invalid license key and then offers new ones when you contact them versus giving you a refund. A legit company should have no reason to have to send a new license key, as the product they are selling should be a new product! I had to dispute with PayPal to get my refund after seller stopped responding. Never responded to my BBB complaint either, which appears to be the norm. Not a legit business! Buyer beware!!

I was sold defective download softwear and the company has been unresponsive to my requests. As per turbo tax download infected my computer and caused me to pay additional $40 to file my Federal refund.

what a joke of a company. brought tax prep with 5 efiles. barley got 1. web site does not work, no one ever answers the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

***BUYER BEWARE*** I accidentally ordered the incorrect software from BigHomeTax. I immediately uninstalled it and ordered the correct software from the same company. I requested a refund for the unused product and received an email response with several misspellings refusing the refund. I am disputing with PayPal, however, I probably just fell prey to a scam.

I purchased h&r block on line, but when I went to file it stated key had already reached its limit!

Download of TurboTax was fine but unable to efile any return. I'm stuck!
