Big Home TaxReviews of bighometax.com

Do not buy TurboTax from this vendor. They will give you an invalid code and you will spend hours on the phone with TurboTax trying to fix it.

Wanted the sale on H&R Block. Site wouldn't take any of my credit cards. Now I have to watch them all for fraudulent charges because I'm suspicious of this website now.

They advertised a low price on Turbo Tax Premier w/coupon. Tried to order. They wouldn't accept my order. Got an error message "this product doesn't qualify" (it didn't say for what!) Going to go back to Amazon. At least I know who I'm dealing with.

Beware of this unknown seller, I purchased a TurboTax H&B 2024, license is counterfeit! Contacted a their number got a response, failed to fix the problem, next day I had response from different communication source, they asked same information that I gave them a day before in their number, I just stopped wasting my time and decided to open a dispute on my credit card! Do you want to save some headaches? you buy your tax software from trusted retail stores.

I purchased 2024 Turbo Tax Home & Business. After 30 days the TT program would not allow me to edit or modify any income items. Tried uninstall and reinstall, which is what TT Support suggest for this problem. Return cannot be run with their product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

2 turbo tax purchases. 2 failed license codes. 714 number easily reachable by text. new license code worked for turbo tax product 1. still waiting for their new license code for product 2. you get what you pay for. if you want cheap, its cheap for a reason i guess. as long as they give me a working license key for product 2 im ok with cheap.

Scam, unable to download software. No customer support, texts only support non existent. Purchased 11/24/24, unable to download at all.
