I purchased 2024 turbo tax business the activation code is worked on my first computer but not 2nd computer! And it will not allow me download the state program.... I checked with turbo tax agent and I was told that Big home tax is not an authorized retailer! and activation code is became a unvalid code!! I try to contact the company support it wouldn't go throught!!! I have no way to contact the customer service

DO NOT BUY! The Turbotax Premier program I purchased from Big Home Tax downloaded and ran fine until time to electronically file federal and state taxes. At that point the program "hit a snag" and would not allow further action. Discussion with a Turbotax support representative revealed that they have had regular complaints about Big Home Tax due to bootleg/duplicate license codes being sold to customers. Once the 5 federal or 1 state e-file per license are used, then no further e-files are possible for that license. Buy from an authorized retailer.

My TurboTax Premier 2024 would not allow me to Efile my Wisconsin state return. Turns out my license key was invalid. After long calls with TurboTax I found out that my license key was canceled some how the very same day I ordered the digital download. I live in Texas (no income tax state) , but I had to file a Wisconsin return. Makes me suspicious that Big Home Tax cancels license keys for people that live in states with no income tax since they think its unlikely they will file a state return. However, I have to file a state return in a state that does have state income tax. I suspect Big Home Tax cancels the license key for people living in states with no income tax as they think they won't be filing a state income tax return. Then, they can sell the same license to multiple people as most people will only file in the state they reside in. I may be wrong but it certainly fits what happened to me. Big Home Tax was quick to provide me with another license key that did allow me to Efile my state return. Be careful!

I put a single Deluxe version of Turbo Tax in the cart and purchased it. I double-checked the version and the cart's contents before clicking accept. A few minutes later I was charged for both the version I had intended and a Home and Business which I had not even looked at. When I saw this I tried to contact the seller but never got a reply. I have since asked PayPal to claw back the excess charge.

I had a problem installing to TurboTax software that I purchased from Big Home Tax so I called Intuit/TurboTax for help. They told me that the license key given to me was already in use by someone else. I contacted Big Home Tax and they refused to give me a refund.

Bought Turbo Tax product from them. Strange name for the transaction. Said PAYPAL *MAXTAXERBHT, but bought it with credit card. Odd. I called and only got some full voicemail box and you can only text. I tried emailing and zero response. I texted and no response. ZERO SUPPORT. A woman from turbo tax said this is a scam and Reddit had over 25 members calling it a scam...maybe more if i kept scrolling. I did activate this on my machine but then it did not activate on my mom's pc and i got some error code 605 there. This is a cancelled code according to Turbo Tax. I do not trust BIG HOME TAX ..they are A BIG SCAM. This looks to be a definite scam operation and Reddit confirms that! STAY AWAY. I have wasted a lot of time on this. They ruined my day and tomorrow i have to repurchase this from an authorized retailer. BHT will probably add a response here now but they have never emailed me back or texted me back. Nothing. I do not trust them and will never buy from them again. SCAMMERS.

Beware Beware Beware. I have used TurboTax for 40 years. There is glitch in their copy. I downloaded, entered my data was unable to file my taxes, kept getting a screen that said "Hmmm...something isn't right. I was on the phone with TurboTax for 3 hours. They were unable to fix it. I Uninstaller and bought from Costco but their download had buried information in my registry. Downloaded from Costco to a second computer and loaded the file id already created. Magic, works fine IRS and State accepted. Now I'm worried about the data in my registry and resetting my PC. All to save $30. NEVER AGAIN

I got the license. A legitimate license can be installed on up to 5 computers. I installed the license I purchased from Big Home Tax on 1 computer. Tried to install on another computer and got "Maximum activations reached" error. Apparently, they sell the same license to multiple purchasers; the buyers that install it first win. The others are stuck with a license they cannot use.
