Ordered Milwaukee tools on August 27th. Got an email on September 1 stating that "the preparation time from our supplier took longer than expected, so we canceled your order and issued a full refund to ensure you can purchase a product within a reasonable timeframe. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." What nonsense and waste of time.

At first, I was very skeptical of this company after placing my order for 4 Firestone Destination LE2 All Season P245/75R16 109S tires because the price ($96.27 each tire) was about $20.00 less per tire than Walmart. I called the company within 6 hours just to see about my order. The lady who answered my call, explained to me we will let you know by email once the items are shipped. Three days later, FedEx delivered all 4 tires without any problems. Thank you BigEastMart.com! You will always have my Business. Always Cordially Yours, Art

I ordered a push lawnmower on August 11 2023. My lawn mower arrived via FedEx on Today August 16, 2023. I see no problems with this Company, I received a new mower in the box

I placed my first order with this company to try them out. Received a confirmation for my order, but in a week, they sent me another email that they are issuing a refund because they don't have the item. A total waste of time. Another company selling with great prices but with no product!

Was very skeptical but saw a good deal on a DeWalt set that was still expensive enough that it made it believable so I took the chance, bought through PayPal for a little extra protection and ended up receiving my package in 9 days, everything seems legit and I have no complaints

I was skeptical after I ordered from them but they delivered big time. My concerns can be explained by growing pains. They sent many status updates but my attempts to reach them were more trouble. In the end, I received a quality item in great shape at an unbeatable price with free delivery. I am now a big fan.

There was some confusion on my part at first, but these guys went above and beyond to help me out. I will be using this company often.

So I ordered a hot tub from this company and did not receive it. When I brought this to their attention they stated they had given me a refund and that it may take up to 7-10 business days. Its been 6 weeks. I've ask for confirmation number for the refund, I get nothing. We have exchanged several emails and its always the same answer, that they refunded the money back onto the card used. Well no they haven't. And yes I've been in touch with my bank just in case they for some weird reason would hold it and they are not. I even tried to call the number they listed on their web site and never get an answer. Ive been patient but looks like my attorney will be getting involved. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY. If they ever make it right I will submit an updated review!
