I previously cancelled my site, because I lost interest in keeping BC website, not marketing as I should’ve, and not getting sales. I deleted all of my products and didn’t save them the way I should’ve. I was so angry at myself for doing that. Anyway, when I checked the changes BC made, with different apps, templates, and marketing, I decided to start over, and make few changes to my website. Now I have to get serious and start using some of the apps to help my website to get more exposure. It’s not hard to set up your site, you could pick and choose whatever template you want. Whenever I need help, I usually get an answer right away if it’s at a reasonable time.

Big Cartel makes it all so easy! I don't know what I'm doing, but they do, and that's all that matters!

Since starting my business I've had a few hurdles like everyone but any issues or questions have been promptly addressed by the Big Cartel team, so glad I've been associated with them for these past years!

PRICE AND QUALITY !!!

I wanted to find a space to post some hand made silver jewelry and cabachons. I looked to see who my favorite sellers were using, and looked at several online marketplace options and Big Cartel was a top contender. I tried a one month subscription to see how easy (or difficult) it would be for someone with no website experience to create a page and this definitely did the job, so I upgraded to the one year subscription. I've had to use customer service for something I didn't understand, and Ana was very patient and helpful.

Excellent company in my honest opinion.

Absolutely love this app! So easy to use and set up. Definitely recommend if you are looking to start your own website/business.
