COMPLETE SCAM!! My card was charged by these people WITHOUT me authorizing it. No actual customer service, no voicemail set up, no indication you're even calling an actual business. I'm speaking with Los Angeles district attorney at the moment about this local scam setup they have. DA will be deciding to move forward with charges, I would suggest contacting them if you are in the same situation. They list multiple addresses in different states, multiple phone numbers that don't work. The number listed under the transaction is for Great Britian. Total scam of a company. UPDATE 3/27/2025 I like how they claim they have no record of me as a customer literally 2 minutes after they finally email me back about this. They claimed to have issued a refund that I have YET to see hit my account. Making a statement as such is additional evidence into this fraudulent company. I've taken screenshots of your emails to me and then your lie of a statement on here, not going to be a good look in front of a judge. UPDATE Why are you communicating on a review platform, but not returning emails, not returning phone calls. I called 10 times today lol, left countless messages. You guys are a waste of e-space.
