Don’t bother wasting your time ordering from these guys. Some type of scam. Amazon tried delivering twice . Asking for a pin.
They send a pin and it’s expired.

Lied about item out of stock
I placed an order but later received an email: "This item has been out of stock, we have already issued a refund to you." I still had my order confirmation page open so I clicked on the item. Item is not out of stock after all--they just increased the price by 40%. There's no need to lie. Just tell me the truth if a pricing error was made and they cannot honor my purchase price.
Response from Bigbigmart.comAug 21, 2025
We sincerely apologize for your experience. The situation you described was due to a pricing error, and we should have communicated this to you more transparently instead of creating confusion. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we take full responsibility for the miscommunication. Your feedback is invaluable and will help us improve how we handle similar situations in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

bigmart order
I sent BigMart an email on aug. 12, criticising them for being less than forthcoming aand insisting i received the order when I did not. I finally received the order on August 12, after BigMart sent me 2 or 3 emails claiming I had received the order, when in fact I had not.
Response from Bigbigmart.comAug 15, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that when we emailed you, we also provided the delivery confirmation images from the carrier to show the package status. We apologize for any confusion caused and are glad to hear you ultimately received your order. Your comments help us improve our communication, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

THEY ARE A SCAM AND SHOULDN'T BE TRUSTED!
I placed an order with BigBigMart on July 19 which they assured me would be delivered by Aug. 7. Of course, they never sent a shipped notice even tho they charged my credit card on July 19 and I never received my order. They did give me a refund but I believe they are a scam and people should never trust them!!
Response from Bigbigmart.comAug 15, 2025
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your order could not be fulfilled as expected. While your payment was processed at the time of purchase, a full refund was issued when we were unable to ship the item within the promised time frame. We understand your frustration and assure you that we are not a scam — we strive to fulfill every order, and when unforeseen circumstances prevent that, we make sure customers are refunded promptly.

My order delivery was a fantasy.
Big big mart took my order and promised to have an order status in 7 days. I wrote an email complaining that I had not received the product, I had no answer. I tried to call and the line was constantly busy. I finally found where I could track my order. They cancelled it without notifying me. They ran a sale and were not equipped to handle the order volume.i would never order from them again. Don’t get drawn in by a lower price because you may just be delaying the fact that their product is a fantasy.

Follow up to my post of 6/8-25 about Bigbigmart
In a nutshell, there is not listed on the company's website, including having accessed the prior suggested .net email address, ANY Toshiba microwave oven, much more the model EM 45PIT (BS). Never was. Thus, all the reply language from the company, doubtless A I generated, has been an exercise in ongoing subterfuge.
This is a follow up to my post of 06/08/2025 about Bigbigmart and its judged misleading subsequent reply. I tried inserting what appears below in the option to edit part of the above date's posting but found that unsuccessful.

Three times now I've received the same, exactly scripted message, and only having appeared in my SPAM box, thus it was found only several hours after the email from bigbigmart was sent in the very early A.M., respectively on June 10 and June 11, 2025. It reads:
From: Bigbigmart Customer Service

Hi Greg,
Thank you for your interest in this item.
Yes, the product is currently in stock and available for immediate shipping at the listed price, including free shipping. We recommend placing your order soon, as demand has been high and pricing may increase once current stock runs low.
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!
Best regards,
Customer Service Team
Directly below, save the PSS portion of the text, is what I emailed this A.M, June 11, 2025, to that business customer service
Also, here's a suggestion so that going forward, as per several customer reviews have recorded, a consumer does not place an order only to be informed that item suddenly is out of stock.
The solution? Employment of the following practice by virtually all over stores, some both 'stationary' as well as conducting online sales. That is, have on your website the following information regarding any product you sell. For example, if, say, just one of such an item remains in stock, state that. Also, if item is currently out of stock, divulge that as well.
Next, I find it most concerning that despite the fact that twice now I sent an email inquiry in the A.M. of a day, thus more than enough time for bigbigmart to respond during what are typically normal business hours, at least for brick and mortar businesses, whereas the established practice so far by bigbigmart, has been to transmit emails respectively, the first at 12:03 A.M, and most recently 2:48 A.M. Hence, during the time that passes after the early A.M. email is transmitted by bigbigmart, and the many hours later received declaration the item is still available, nonetheless in the interim it may have become out of stock. So, to reiterate, why doesn't bigbigmart practice what so many other online vendors do? Namely, have available 'real time information' pertinent to the actual availability of the desired product?
Why is this significant? An initial posted response from bigbigmart, regarding my prior posted remarks on Trust Pilot, in part states that while (allegedly) it's but "rare" that when an item is ordered online, nonetheless it does happen that the timing of the placed order just happens to coincide with the circumstance that the item became "out of stock." That contention, and most particularly given the good number of consumer reviews describing just that situation, item order placed, then customer subsequently being told, 'sorry, it's no longer available,' just doesn't 'fly.'
In all, why I remain reluctant to place an online order when, as has happened to some many other consumers having placed an order with the understanding it's available for purchase, but it soon turned out not so.
In summary, if bigbigmart truly wants to be known as dedicated to employing transparency relative to its advertising and sales practices, then it should have no problem, as well as no reluctance at all, to incorporate into its website the practices suggested above.
P.S. If bigbigmart is willing to issue a written guarantee that if I place the order for the microwave in question, at once it will be then available, at the listed price of $161.45 (that price not identified in any of the three aforesaid emails) and also would be shipped "immediately," let me know.
PSS. At the end of all three early A.M. sent emails, the prior inquirer is urged to send an email (have done that before several times with nary a timely response from bigbigmart) or make a phone call to 832-241-7787. I tried that yesterday during business hours. First call resulted in a delay of 10 seconds, then went to quick busy signal. Ten minutes later a second try, but the identical result. Then a third TL call and got this recording, “The wireless customer is not available at this time, please try your call later. That phone number indicated as located in Roshon, Texas.
Sincerely,
Greg Marlowe
