Complete rip off. bought a case of energy drinks. says delivered an .5 pound item I cant find. And can't dispute payment on paypal. first time for that. Complete fraud DO NOT BUY......update Paypal is helping but its more time. Don't do it!

They sent me the completely wrong bag and now refusing to refund me until I am my cost return the product to them from Australia back to the US and only then am I supposed to trust they will refund my money. This was THEIR MISTAKE. So why should I pay for their mistake. They are disreputable scammers. Don't trust them.

I’m very, very disappointed! After one month they answered that they will return my money.. last week they claimed that they are proceeding with the order. I wasted my time and won’t be able to order this item before Christmas! :/

I ordered a costume because it went with my 4 year olds theme. The little mermaid. It said it was shipped from the USA and it would be delivered 4 days before Halloween. Once I placed the order I got a confirmation email. After 2 days, I emailed them to ask when they would ship my order. Once they finally sent me a shipment confirmation 2 days after that. I realized it was being shipped from over seas. Really?! I reached out again and told them I wouldn’t get it in time. They apologized and sent me a return slip. Looking at that I realized they charged me 75% more than what they want to refund me. I just received the package right now. It’s now November 2nd. That’s 6 days late and I Wasn’t able to dress up with my 4 year old daughter. I’m really upset ( not the words I’d like to say) at lying sites like these. How are they even able to still operate.

I ordered an item from them through ebay. It was delivered by Amazon Prime and when I checked on the Amazon website I saw that the seller had increased the price by almost 60%. When I left a negative review, they gave a partial refund, which was good, but after reading other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. It’s blatant profiteering. I would you suggest compare their price with Amazon before buying from them.

DONT BE TEMPTED. I ordered something more than 2 months ago thinking the lower price might be worth it if it works out, but I'm now still trying to recover my payment.

Horrible customer service. Incompetent CS Manager needs to be replaced! How do they stay in business?!?! Where's the owner wouldn't they like to know they're losing business$$$$$$????????$$$$!!!!!!!!

Ordered 3 items, paid for 3 items, but they only sent 1 item. After sending them a couple of emails, nothing has happened.
