Bids.com appears to be going out of business. I purchased a Diamond & Ruby Necklace that was not up to the quality I have become to expect over the past 3 or 4 years. I have called their customer service on the same day I received the necklace, department 4 times and left messages with not one answer or returned call. I have tried to request a RMA on line thru their web site and it will not accept my order number so I cannot request a RMA that way either. Are they going out of business? When you go to 'bids.com' you get a different company.

Won three items at a very substantial discount (if the merchandise is authentic). I purchased all three and they unfulfilled ALL THREE orders stating the following for ALL THREE...Following was copied and pasted from the email received from Bids.com: Bids.com ORDER BIDS1*** Your order has been canceled Order BIDS1*** was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been refunded . However, they did refund my accounts promptly... ONE star company for that! ZERO star company for business practices!!!

Still waiting for items. It’s been close to two months and nothing. Although my credit card was billed almost immediately. I’m about to dispute the billing through my credit card company for goods/services not received. I will not use this site in the future.

IT HAS BEEN MONTHS IN WHICH I PURCHASED PRODUCTS AND TO WHICH TRACKING NUMBERS WERE ASSIGNED SO BIDS CAN SEE I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER AND TO DATE NO ACTION. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MANY ITEMS AND I HAVE REQUESTED FOR BIDS TO RESHIP VIA FED EX IN ORDER TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AND NO ONE IS FIXING THIS PROBLEM . IT IS OVER 3 MONTHS AND I CANNOT GET THE ITEMS I PURCHASED. DISGUSTING

Totally done with this cheating site, wasted 353 bids on a 300 item that went for 26.17, when items costing over a 1400 went for 1.42 There was a reserve of 9.00 that one name reached virtually by themselves, once the reserve was reached that name dropped out and the bidding started with different names including me,names changed apart from 1 other one and me, soon as i dropped out that name did as well and 1 of the new names that had come in won straight away. So yes its rigged and its not the first time i noticed it.
